MCMI REPORT: SKULL N TONES – BLAZE

As Skull N Tones get ready to release their new single called Blaze on July 14th, they drop a pre-release music video featuring two female artists. One is a crystal enthusiast (someone who studies crystals and their healing powers within the human body) by the name of “Ms. Lady NYX“. It may seem psychedelic or demonic, but it’s actually spiritually positive. From what I understand, she is cleansing the stones through sage smoke, which is supposed to cleanse the impurities and bad spirits out of the crystals. The art direction and body painting involved was done by “Blessed“.

Is it Hip Hop? … Trap? … EDM? It’s hard to define. It’s a mix, containing attributes of each. Either way its a cool video to look at and the track could bless the dance floor either a rave or a Hip Hop party. Once again Skull N Tones combine visual art, film making and musical production to create dope aesthetics. Enjoy!
